In der Sky Lobby der DZ BANK realisierte James Turrell 1998 seine bis dato komplexeste Lichtinstallation. Vier Elemente des Raums, das Panoramafenster, die Türen, die Wet-Bar und die Back-Bar, stehen im ständigen Neon-Lichtwechsel, wodurch der Besucher eine meditative Atmosphäre erfährt. Diese Turrell-Exkursion gehört inzwischen zu den unverzichtbaren Klassikern des Luminale-Programms. In the Sky Lobby of the DZ BANK James Turrell 1998 realised his most complex light installation to date. Four elements of the room, the panorama window, the doors, the wet bar and the back bar are in constantly changing neon light, whereby the visitor experiences a meditative atmosphere. This Turrell excursion has become one of the essential classics of the Luminale programme.
