  • Congratulation: Stefan Hofmann

    hofmann1Stefan Hofmann ist zum Professor für Lichtplanung und Szenisches Gestalten an der FH Kaiserslautern berufen worden. Seit 2008 wird im Fachbereich „Bauen und Gestalten“ in den beiden Studiengängen Architektur und Innenarchitektur das neue Studienfach Lichtplanung und Szenisches Gestalten angeboten. Stefan Hofmann ist freier Künstler, arbeitete aber auch als Lichtplaner an Projekten von Lichtkunstlicht (Bonn/Berlin) mit. Er nahm mehrfach an der Luminale teil.hofmann1

    Stefan Hofmann is the new professor for lighting design and scenic design at the University of applied Sciences in Kaiserslautern. Hofmann is a free artist. He also cooperated as a lighting designer with projects of Lichtkunstlicht (Bonn/Berlin). Several times he has been participant in Luminale.

    weatherprojection‚Weather Projection‘ von Alex Haw (atmos, London) erforscht unsere Beziehung zum künstlichen Licht, das Wetter als Medium, und die Beziehung zwischen der Natur und Menschheit. Es macht die Erfahrung vom permanent erneuertem Sonnenlicht anschaulich und ermöglicht Besuchern in Realzeit, es von verschiedenen Standpunkten rund um die Welt aus zu beobachten.     ‚Weather Projection‘ of Alex Haw (atmos, London) explores our relationship to artificial light, the weather as media, and the relationship between nature and humanity. It offers the experience of perpetualy renewed sunlight. It enables visitors to watch it immediately rise again in real-time from remote viewpoints around the world. The installation is one project of Smart Light Sydney. More>
