Rheintal. Only german. Aktueller Pressetext zur Luminale im Rheintal. Zum ersten Mal gibt es Luminale-Projekte im Unesco Welterbe Oberes Mittelrheintal. Vom 4. bis zum 14. April leuchten jeweils nach Sonnenuntergang verschiedene Lichtkunstobjekte im Rheintal, in Rüdesheim, Bacharach, Oberwesel, St. Goarshausen, St. Goar und Boppard. St. Goarshausen. Der Zweckverband Welterbe Oberes Mittelrheintal hat Leitlinien für die Lichtplanung herausgegeben. Uwe Knappschneider, licht/raum/stadt planung (Wuppertal), der bei der Luminale 08 für die Mainzer Projekte „Römisches Theater“ und „Zitadelle“ verantwortlich ist, wurde mit der Entwicklung dieser Leitlinien beauftragt. A luminous jewel during the day, a light carpet at night. This is the concept for the annexe of the world-famous art museum at the Main. The Frankfurt architects office Schneider + Schumacher wins the competition to the extension of the Städel. This week the competition was decided. Schneider + Schumacher have taken part in some projects of Luminale. Maybe they can hand over the new building to the general public next Luminale in 2010. Luminale 08 Städel is present with the numerous guidances on the subject ‚Light in the art‘. More about the competion (only in german available)Frankfurt am Main. Das Frankfurter Büro Schneider + Schumacher gewinnt den Wettbewerb zur Erweiterung des Städels. In dieser Woche wurde der Wettbewerb entschieden. Schneider + Schumacher haben an einigen Luminale-Veranstaltungen teilgenommen. Vielleicht können sie den Neubau zur nächsten Luminale 2010 der Öffentlichkeit übergeben.
