In the evening before the Grundgesetz (german constitution) jubilee (23rd May, 1949) the lighting monument “Willy Brandt ans Fenster” (Willy Brandt in the window) was swichted on in Erfurt. It reminds the legendary visit of Federal Chancellor Willy Brandt in Erfurt (March 19th, 1970). It is an art installation of David Mannstein.
